CA to CO
It’s been a slow, snowy Sunday here in Boulder. Filled with a late morning brunch of an egg-in-a-hole topped with bacon and cheese, I’ve planted myself on the couch ready to write.
I’m already a couple of months into my gap year and two-thirds through my first program. So, to catch everyone up, I’ll let you know what I’ve been up to and then retrace back to missed events (graduation, road trip, work, etc).
I’m living with 3 other art accelerants (2 musicians, 1 writer) in a program called Madelife. I am working with a team of mentors (professionals who share their spare time with us) to tackle my creative projects — taking concepts to form. So far, I’ve worked with an array of mentors ranging from a National Geographic photographer and filmmaker to a branding consultant to an animator and storyboarder to a documentarian.
More to show soon as I fine-tune my skills and continue to shoot for a short documentary I hope to produce!
